Use of the Website or its content implies the acceptance of, and commitment to comply with, the obligations set out in these EuropeAirguns VIP Club Registration Conditions by EuropeAirguns customers. Acceptance of these Registration Conditions is a necessary and essential requirement in order to access the benefits for EuropeAirguns VIP Club customers. The purpose of these Registration Conditions is to regulate the rules applicable to the registration of customers in the EuropeAirguns database and in the EuropeAirguns VIP Club, in both its Gold and Silver categories.

Voluntary nature and advantages of registering as a registered customer

Registering as a EuropeAirguns VIP Club customer is entirely voluntary and is not in itself necessary in order to browse the Website or to purchase products or contract services through it. However, customers who voluntarily choose to register as EuropeAirguns VIP Club customers will have access to certain advantages, such as the following:

• We will keep the personal information you wish us to know so that you can easily use it in future interactions with EuropeAirguns through our Website.
• We will use the contact details you provide to keep you informed at all times of any changes or circumstances that may affect your orders.
• You will be able to manage, according to your own preferences at any time, the type of commercial communications you wish to receive from EuropeAirguns, as well as the channels through which you will receive them. You may also indicate that you do not wish to receive any commercial communications at all.

The advantages available in the EuropeAirguns VIP Club may vary over time.

Membership of the EuropeAirguns VIP Club itself is free of charge, regardless of any payment obligations that may be assumed with EuropeAirguns for purchases and other related services you make through the Website while identified as a registered EuropeAirguns VIP Club customer. In view of this free nature, as a EuropeAirguns VIP Club customer you waive, upon registering as such, any claim against EuropeAirguns in cases where, for whatever reason, the use of your Private Area or of the Website in general is not possible or is suspended for a longer or shorter period. In such cases, and as far as possible, EuropeAirguns will endeavour to establish alternative channels to enable you to use any EuropeAirguns VIP Club advantages that are temporarily unavailable.

EuropeAirguns, as administrator and owner of the Website, may at any time and at its discretion make any changes to the Website and to these General Conditions that it deems appropriate or necessary.

Registration process as a EuropeAirguns VIP Club customer. Safekeeping of credentials. Voluntary cancellation as a registered customer

Registering as a EuropeAirguns VIP Club customer only requires you to provide an email address that you own, or that you are authorised by its owner to use, in order to register and to receive future communications from EuropeAirguns. In addition, to register you must at least confirm that you are of legal age. This information is necessary to register you as a Registered Customer. If you prefer not to provide it, please do not continue with the registration process.

You may subsequently complete or enrich your profile by providing us with any data you consider appropriate. We will endeavour to use this information to get to know you better and to offer you a more personalised, useful and enjoyable customer experience. All the information you provide will be given freely and voluntarily.

Both during the registration process and for as long as you remain registered as a EuropeAirguns VIP Club customer, you undertake to provide truthful, correct, complete and lawful information about yourself and your identity, and to keep that information permanently up to date. Once your registration in the EuropeAirguns VIP Club has been completed, you will receive a personal discount code. You undertake to keep your personal discount code safe, to keep it secret and not to disclose it to third parties, in order to continue enjoying the advantages of your EuropeAirguns VIP Club membership. You must not provide this personal discount code to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, nor allow third parties to access the Website on your behalf.

If at any time you become aware of, or suspect, unauthorised access to your personal discount code, you must notify EuropeAirguns immediately so that your personal discount code can be blocked. Otherwise, you will be solely responsible for the consequences of any unlawful use of your personal discount code.

You may cancel your EuropeAirguns VIP Club membership through any of the channels we have made available (such as our web form for exercising data protection rights). We will try to handle your request immediately, although it may take some time for the corresponding instruction to propagate through our systems. Once you have requested cancellation, the process will be irreversible and we will not be able to reactivate your account later should you change your mind. However, you may always apply to join our EuropeAirguns VIP Club again.

Your commitments as a registered customer. Use of the Website

You undertake to comply with the recommendations and instructions given to you by EuropeAirguns regarding the use of the Website.

You also undertake to use the conditions and content of the Website diligently, correctly and lawfully and, in particular, to refrain from: i) using the content for purposes or with effects contrary to the law, morality, generally accepted good practice or public order; ii) reproducing or copying, distributing or allowing public access through any form of public communication; iii) transforming or modifying the content, unless you have the authorisation of the holder of the corresponding rights or this is legally permitted; iv) using the content and, in particular, any information of any kind obtained through the Website or through your EuropeAirguns VIP Club membership for any other commercial purpose.

You accept that all Content of the Website is the property of EuropeAirguns, and that your acceptance of these General Conditions or your use of your EuropeAirguns VIP Club membership does not transfer to you any title to any of its content or any property right over it, all of which remain reserved to EuropeAirguns in all cases.

You must comply with all our directions and instructions regarding access to the content of the Website and your EuropeAirguns VIP Club membership. You will not copy, publish, disclose or make available to third parties the data and information contained therein in any unauthorised way or manner, as it is considered Confidential Information. As already indicated, you must take all necessary precautions to protect your Personalised Discount Code and to prevent unauthorised access to your Private Area and the information available there.

Without prejudice to any other rights we may have (whether by law or otherwise), we reserve the right to suspend or deny you access to your Personalised Discount Code, immediately and without prior notice, whenever we believe (at our sole discretion) that you, or any person accessing or using the Personalised Discount Code on your behalf, are in breach of these General Conditions or of the terms and conditions of use of the Website, or are making illegal, fraudulent, abusive or malicious use of its content. In this regard, the content of the Website or of the EuropeAirguns VIP Club may not be used, sold, disclosed, licensed, provided or accessed for any purpose not expressly authorised by EuropeAirguns. Nor may the content of the EuropeAirguns VIP Club or of the Website be combined, associated, synthesised or reverse-engineered.

Processing of personal data – data protection policy

The personal data you provide as your own when registering as a member of the EuropeAirguns VIP Club or of our Website will be processed by EuropeAirguns in order to process your registration as a Registered Customer, as well as to manage our relationship with you while you remain registered as such and in all the transactions you carry out through the EuropeAirguns VIP Club.

By providing us with your data, you guarantee that such data are correct, complete and truthful, and you undertake to keep them up to date while you remain registered as a Registered Customer.

You must also guarantee that you are the owner of the contact details provided (email address and, where applicable, telephone number), or that you have the necessary permissions for EuropeAirguns to use them to contact you. You may update your data and/or cancel your EuropeAirguns VIP Club membership through the means made available for this purpose on the Website.

As our customer, we will apply to the processing of the data you provide as a Registered Customer the same principles set out in our personal data protection policy, available in our Privacy Policy, and you will therefore also enjoy the same rights. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The headings of the different sections of these Registration Conditions are for information purposes only and shall not affect, qualify or extend the interpretation of the conditions they contain.

If any provision or provisions of these General Conditions are held to be null and void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any competent Court, Tribunal or administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions.

Failure by EuropeAirguns to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in these General Conditions shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed in writing by EuropeAirguns.

These Registration Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish common law in all matters not expressly regulated herein, and consistently with the terms and conditions established for the use of the Website.

The courts and tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute relating to our relationship with you arising from the interpretation or performance of these General Conditions or from the use of the Private Area.
