These General Conditions of Sale are established between:

Hereinafter EUROPEAIRGUNS.
2. And, on the other hand, any person who places an order (hereinafter, the CUSTOMER).

The shipment of orders will be made in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

These conditions are applicable exclusively to consumers, without in any case being allowed the resale of the products purchased.

1 PURPOSE

The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the modalities of sale between the CLIENT and EUROPEAIRGUNS, from the placing of the order,  to payment and delivery.

These General Conditions are covered by the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce in its articles 10 and in the one subscribed in TITLE IV in its articles 23 and following; others and other applicable regulations.

2 ORDER

The CUSTOMER can place his order through the following devices:

3 DELIVERY

For delivery of bulky items the cost of services will be presented to the Customer in the order.

Orders travel at the customer's own risk.

4 SHIPPING COSTS

Geographic delivery areqa: Europe, Spain (Canary Islans, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, Peninsula) Asia and Oceania, Americas, Africa.

Shipping costs apply according to the rates corresponding to the choosen carrier.

5 PAYMENT

The customer can choose between 3 payment methods:

Visa Card, MasterCard, 6000 or 4B:

• Payment for the order is processed at the time the order is placed. And always the CLIENT can see the Proforma invoice before validating the order, and the CLIENT can reject the transaction.
• In the case of refunds, the commissions paid to the selected payment company will not be returned.

Direct Debit:

• The payment of the order is processed 5 days after the departure of your package.

PayPal:

• PayPal is a very safe, fast and simple way to pay for your purchases online, without having to share financial information with the seller.

6 PRICES AND TAXES

The prices shown on the website include only taxes that are charged in the time of purchase. For orders destined for European Union from private customers, the tax will be charged according to the country. In case of purchases outside of European Union and the Canary Islands, the tax is not included and has to be paid by the customer according to the purchaser's destiny rules. A fixed cost for packaging and shipping will be added to each order. The additional cost related to this concept will be indicated on the website.

7 WARRANTIES

EUROPEAIRGUNS guarantees the quality of the product it covers, in the legally established terms, for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable tension, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when appropriate, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, reduction or return will be chosen, in the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value:

If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.

8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Form and term of exercise

The Customer must bear the direct cost of returning the product, so returns will be rejected postage due.

The risks of loss, deterioration, impairment or damage of the Product to which the withdrawal refers, are borne by the customer until delivery to EUROPEAIRGUNS.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you can also use the contact form available in our help section, indicating your intention to return the product. Once received we will indicate the delivery address of the product to be returned.

The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the property will suffer a depreciation.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund of the amount in case of withdrawal.

EUROPEAIRGUNS will return to the Customer the amount paid for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) working days from the withdrawal, provided that the Product was received by EUROPEAIRGUNS under   the conditions established in the previous point. In the event that the returned Products have any damage, the Customer must indemnify EUROPEAIRGUNS the amount corresponding to such damages, deducting EUROPEAIRGUNS said amount from the one that would have to be returned to the Customer as a result of the withdrawal.

In the case of refunds, the commissions paid to the selected payment company will not be returned.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products will not be admitted:

1. Supply contracts to which original accessories have been installed or not.
2. Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
3. Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
