Emerito Rodríguez Frías has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to improve the use and quality of information and communication technologies and access to them, and thanks to which he has developed a website with electronic commerce to expand the market and increase potential customers. This action has taken place during 2017-2018. For this, it has had the support of the TICCámaras Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The self-employed entrepreneur Emerito Rodríguez Frías has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund, whose objective is to achieve a more competitive business fabric and thanks to the fact that he has been able to improve his website through the Xpande digital 2020 program to promote its internationalization. This action took place from 8 September 2020 to 8 June 2021. For this, it has had the support of the International Promotion Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The self-employed entrepreneur Emérito Rodríguez Frías has been the beneficiary of a Recruitment aid, within the Youth Employment initiative of the European Social Fund and with the co-financing of the Cabildo de Tenerife, whose objective is to integrate young people in a situation of unemployment who are not studying or receiving training. For this he has had the support of the PICE program of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
