Which countries do we ship to?

EuropeAirguns offers international shipping to customers all over the world. No matter where on the planet our customer is located, we guarantee that their package will arrive in perfect condition.

How are orders prepared?

We remind our customers that orders are prepared in order of purchase.

In order to start preparing your package, the following conditions must be met:

All items must be in stock.

Payment must have been processed and accepted correctly.*

* In order for the package to be shipped on the same day of order, payment by credit card or PayPal is recommended for immediate processing.

In case of purchase of an air rifle, the corresponding images of the identification must be attached.

Also, please note that our warehouse team may need up to three business days to prepare your package, depending on its complexity.

All shipments are dispatched in the morning between 8:00 and 13:00 CET.

Orders placed in the afternoon will be prepared and shipped the next morning.

Can I modify my order?

Customers can request changes to their orders as long as the package has not yet been prepared and the modifications are made before the courier service's pick-up time.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Once your package has been prepared, you will receive a notification the same day confirming shipment.

This notification will include a direct link to your package's tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Please allow one day for tracking information to be available.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination country and its customs.

(Customs is a government entity where neither the parcel company nor EuropeAirguns have any authority).

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

Please note that packages may be held due to unpaid taxes in the destination country. If these taxes are not paid, either through carelessness or preference, the package will be returned to our facility.

Until the package is received by EuropeAirguns, we cannot proceed with a new shipment or refund.
