TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE DECEMBER 22, 2024 LOTTERY FOR EUROPEAIRGUNS CUSTOMERS

This giveaway is organized by Emerito Ramón Rodríguez, with NIF 43772707G, operating under the trade name EuropeAirguns, with an address for notifications via de Servicio 22, Puerto de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, postal code 38180, province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Validity Period:
The validity period for the Lottery begins on October 24, 2024, at 09:30 am and ends on December 22, 2024, at 1:00 pm (UTG) (both dates included).
Likewise, the draw period may be extended if a winner is not determined on the scheduled date. The draw will remain active until January 5, 2025, when the results of the Lotería del Niño draw (January 6, 2025) will be used to select the winner.
Purpose of the Draw:
The purpose of the Draw is to promote the products sold on the website https://europeairguns.com/
Number of Winners:
There will be only one winner. If a winner is not determined in the first draw corresponding to the National Lottery, the draw will remain active until January 5, 2025, at 9:00 am (UTC), using the results of the Lotería del Niño, whose data will be provided by the entity on January 6, 2025.
Prize:
The Prize is in kind and consists of the delivery of a FX Airguns air rifle, model FX DRS PRO 5.5 700mm, with a market value of €2,375.00. The Prize is delivered under the conditions of the international contracting terms “incoterms” EXW at EuropeAirguns' facilities in Almansa, Spain.
The winner may collect the Prize at EuropeAirguns' facilities in Almansa, Spain, or arrange transportation and insurance for its shipment, as well as the necessary documentation for this shipment. Additionally, they will be responsible for completing the customs and administrative obligations set by the competent administration in their jurisdiction. If the winner is located in a country where the importation of the prize is prohibited or if there are restrictions preventing its shipment, the winner will forfeit their right to the Prize and no compensation will be offered. EuropeAirguns will not handle the shipment, cover insurance, manage any customs procedures, or deal with any governmental administration regarding the use of the Prize.
The Prize is not subject to change, alteration, or compensation at the winner’s request. If the participant declines the Prize, no alternative will be offered. The Prize is personal and non-transferable, with no possibility of resale, either for free or for a fee; meaning, the Prize cannot be sold, gifted, auctioned, or be the object of any activity that would allow the winning Participant to obtain economic gain or transfer it to a third party. Violation of this obligation will result in the forfeiture of the right to redeem the Prize, without the winning Participant having the right to receive any compensation.
The Prize will not include any services other than those expressly stated in this Section.
Participants must meet the conditions of participation and the mechanics established in these Terms and Conditions.
Participation Conditions:
Only natural persons acting as consumers and over 18 years of age may participate in the Draw.
Participation in the Draw is free of charge.
You may participate as many times as you make purchases on the website https://europeairguns.com/
The identity of participants may be verified, if applicable, through official documents (ID and passport) that are valid. Other types of official documents or expired documents will not be accepted.
Persons residing in a country where, due to the legal restrictions of the country, the winner cannot receive this type of Prize, may not participate.
Persons involved in organizing the draw, employees of Emérito Ramón Rodríguez Frías and/or Canarias Multináutica and/or Woosung IB Europe, S.L., and their relatives, ascendants, descendants, spouses, or partners may not be selected as winners.
Failure by any participant to comply with the conditions established in the Terms will result in the automatic cancellation of their participation. Similarly, any false statement, indications of false identity, or fraud will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and, where applicable, the obligation to return the Prize if it has already been delivered or its value if it has already been enjoyed.
The express acceptance of these Terms is a necessary condition for participation in the Draw and, consequently, to be able to obtain the Prize described in the corresponding Prize section of these Terms. By registering for the Draw in accordance with the indicated procedure, it will be understood that the user accepts the Terms. EuropeAirguns will reject any participation request that does not comply with the conditions established in these Terms.
The Christmas special draw is a public draw held on December 22 by the Loterías y Apuestas del Estado organization. If this draw is not held for any reason, EuropeAirguns reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or link it to another Loterías y Apuestas del Estado draw without any liability.
This draw is independent and does not imply that EuropeAirguns customers are purchasing numbers, tenths, or shares of the Christmas Lottery Draw by Loterías y Apuestas del Estado or, failing that, the Lotería del Niño Draw.
Draw Mechanism:
The Draw will be held in combination with the Christmas special draw organized by the public body Loterías y Apuestas del Estado on December 22, 2024, and, failing that, with the Lotería del Niño special draw held on January 6, 2025.
People who purchase products on the website https://europeairguns.com/ will be automatically entered into the draw, using their purchase number. This number will coincide with the number of the coupon for the Christmas Draw of the Lotería Nacional Española, held on December 22, 2024, and, failing that, with the Lotería del Niño.
EuropeAirguns will post the winner's name on the EuropeAirguns website.
Once the winner is selected and announced through the lottery number, EuropeAirguns will directly contact the customer to organize the collection of the prize.
The participants' data will be linked to the results of the Spanish National Lottery Draw on December 22, 2024, and, failing that, to the Lotería del Niño draw, for January 3, 2025.
