New Features of the FX Impact M4
The FX Impact M4 arrives with a series of significant improvements over the M3, designed to offer a more precise and comfortable shooting experience. Here are some of the most important new features:
1. New Trigger System: FX Quick Set Trigger
The FX Quick Set Trigger is one of the most notable improvements, allowing you to easily switch between a hunter-style trigger, a standard FX trigger, or a competition-grade trigger. All this with just a simple screw adjustment, without the need to change the trigger system.
2. Increased Rigidity
The M4 features a new thicker and stronger top plate, which increases rigidity throughout the platform, thereby improving shooting precision and consistency.
3. New Grip Desig
The grip has been redesigned for greater comfort, with a more defined design, proper palm swell, and a beavertail that enhances comfort while shooting.
Being straighter helps with prone shooting as well as having a higher rubber back part so that the hand does not touch any edge of the block.
4. Upgraded regulator AMP
The M4’s regulator now features a brass piston, which is stronger, has faster refresh rates, and is more consistent, handling higher bottle pressures with a maximum working pressure of 170 bar.
5. New magazine design
The high-capacity magazines have been redesigned with a stronger material and a new internal mechanism to ensure that the internal drum rotates smoothly even when fully loaded with the heaviest projectiles on the market.
The magazines have the following capacities depending on the calibre:
34 shots when cal. 4.5 / .177
28 shots when cal. 5.5 / .22
25 shots when cal. 6.35 / .25
23 shots when cal. 7.62 / .30
18 shots when cal. 9.0 / .35
6. Upgraded scope rail with mobile picatinny
The new top plate includes an 11mm dovetail rail that improves strength and offers more flexibility for mounting your optics. On this 11mm rail the movable Picatinny rail is mounted. In addition, this 11mm rail extends from the end of the cheekrest to the front of the block.
7. New looks
The M4 features a slightly new design with subtle lines and cut-outs for easy access to some parts as discussed in the first impressions video, improving practicality and visual appeal without departing from its iconic look.
